No returns or refunds on purchases unless due to the following:
a. Shipping Damage
b. Unwanted/wrong products being shipped found before usage.
c. Damage Products.
Note: Contact us within 7 days after receiving the shipment to report any problems or defect in the product/service you purchased from us.
To benefit our customers, we will not charge any additional fee or shipping charge for the replacement product due to the above stated reasons.
Your invoice of returned product will be revised and sent to you by mail the following day.
To return products please simply tell us and contact our customer service to arrange a special pick up for you.
